Inc. Acquires CERTAIN ASSETS OF
PATAIL ENTERPRISES, INC.
Plymouth,
MI - Poof Products, Inc., the makers
of Poof foam toys, the famous Slinky®
Spring Toy and Slinky® Brand
products, has recently acquired
the assets of Patail Enterprises,
Inc.
Patail Enterprises,
Inc. is an innovator of science
and educational related toys to
the toy specialty trade and the
originator of the Young Architects
Educational drafting set. Poof will
be previewing a collection of the
Patail products in its showroom
at 200 Fifth Avenue and at Javitz
Center during the International
Toy Fair to be held February 12-16,
2001 in New York City.
Poof Products,
Inc. has just recently acquired
the assets of Educational Design
Toys, which is another leader in
the science toy category. The EDT
and Patail products will be marketed
under the Slinky Science Brand.
In 1998 Poof
Products acquired James Industries,
Inc. the original inventor and manufacturer
of the famous Slinky spring toy.
Poof Products is primarily a U.S.
manufacturer of foam sports balls
and related foam toys.
