When submitting an online help request form to POOF-Slinky Customer Service, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, city, state, zip code and provide toy information that will help us satisfy your request. In addition, we do ask for information that is optional: your phone number and comments. This information is strictly for use by POOF-Slinky in order to better serve our customers and is only collected from users 13 and over.

What ordering information does POOF-Slinky collect online in the e-store?
We offer opportunities to purchase products online in our e-store. Customers must be over age 18 with a valid credit card. Customers under age 18 can use the Wish List function while browsing the e-store but cannot make purchases. When a customer places an order, we collect information associated with the transaction. This information includes the customer’s name, mailing address, products ordered, shipping addresses, and credit card information. We require the information to fulfill the order. We protect credit card data during transmission, and adopt careful internal procedures to safeguard this information in our system.
Customers have the option of registering certain information for future orders while completing their online order. For the customers who choose to register, we will capture their login name, password, name and mailing address. Alternate ship-to addresses, and credit card information is not stored.
When registered customers return to the site to place subsequent orders, they can identify themselves with their login name and password.
